Seat Belts Save Lives

It’s been 35 years since Ontario’s seatbelt law came into effect.  Statistics show that 92.8% of all Ontarians buckle up.

Before the law took effect, only 17.2% of Ontario’s population buckled up.

Ontario was the first of the provinces to have a mandatory Seatbelt Law.

The fact is, seat belts save lives, and most of us are willing to comply with the laws in order to protect ourselves and our loved ones.  We see the value to obeying the law. There are laws in Ontario concerning electrical installation and wiring as well.  The laws are in place to protect people and their families.  All to often we see these laws being ignored, often putting families at risk.

Take for example the installation of a hot tub.  The hot tub installers may know a thing or two about electrical wiring but are they professionally trained?  Are they licensed to do the work in Ontario? Will they guarantee their work? Hundreds of homeowners are victimized by home service technicians every year – Don’t Be One Of Them!  In the words of one of our electricians, hot tubs are like a “240 volt 60 amp electric chair in water.”

Don’t put your family at risk.  Call professionals who are licensed, bonded and insured.  Get the job done right the first time and ensure the safety of your family.
