What Happened In Vegas

Las Vegas was worth it.  Brian and Dave were able to come home with a few helpful tidbits with which we can make our business better.  There are business essentials which are not to be overlooked for any successful service company.  Attitude is so important not only to us but to you.  Desire, will, knowledge, positivity and skill will keep any business a float and yet not everyone who claims to offer service offers these essentials.

Understanding numbers from a business standpoint is also important.  We are priced right to stay in business and honour our warantees.  We don’t offer band aid solutions, we diagnose the problem and offer a solution that is waranted and guaranteed for your protection and peace of mind.

Dave and Brian were able to listen to business professionals from across North America who are number 1 in their trades.  They welcomed valuable advice from these leaders in their fields.  Amongst the motivational speakers heard were Keni Thomas – He served as a Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment, eventually attaining the rank of Staff Sergent.  He was involved in the Battle of Mogidishu , you may be familiar with the story from the book or movie Black Hawk Down.  His real life experience emphasized the importance of teamwork and training, no one leaves anyone behind mentality, we work together to better serve our customers.

And yes, Brian and Dave could not deny the fountains at the Bellagio.  Who could? Apparently they were breathtaking.  The fountains are beautifully choreographed to music.   There are a number of routines so you can watch the show a few times and see a different display each time.   You can catch a show every 30 minutes or so.  Spanning more than a 1000 feet and shooting up to 250 feet in the air, the fountains just couldn’t be missed!

They also had an opportunity to see the fantastic Cirque Du Soleil show “O.”  81 artists perform in a 1.5 million-gallon pool.  Tickets for this amazing show usually sell out about 3 months in advance but they got a chance to see it and they are really glad they did. Definitely worth the trip to Vegas.!
