Many people enjoy sitting in front of a picture window watching a spring storm roll through. The dark, forward pushing clouds glowing with each lightning strike and the wall of rain settling overhead\u2014it\u2019s quite the site. However, your opinion of spring storms may change if one of those lightning bolts causes a big power surge to hit your home.
